Step up to the plate for our first ever industry softball tournament. Have you and your team got what it takes to lift the NextGen Cup?
We know not everyone can take a weekday off to play golf. We know it can be hard to find time to get the whole crew – never mind the whole industry – together. And we know you can’t have an epic softball tournament without a crowd of cheering family and friends.
That’s why we’ve designed the NextGen Softball Social so that everyone—office and field, owners and apprentices, family and friends—can get in on the good times.
Enter as a team to see who reigns supreme or register as individuals and we’ll place you and your colleagues on one of our free agent teams. Either way, make sure you coordinate your outfits, because we’ll have prizes for the best dressed teams!
Whether you’re a beginner batter or a pro pitcher, join us for a full day of competition, camaraderie, and community—and help launch a new NextGen tradition!

Please Note: with final team counts being due 30 days before the event, the final date to register for the NextGen Softball Social is July 15, 2026.

Each team must have a minimum of 10 players and a maximum of 15. If you cannot fill an entire team, purchase one or more Free Agent tickets and we’ll place you and your colleagues on a team. Alternatively, feel free to team up with another company to create a full team before you register.*

While friends and family are invited to attend, teams must be made up of company employees and immediate family members only (partners, children, parents, and/or siblings).

Please note that this is tournament is 7&3 co-ed, i.e. each team must have a maximum of 7 males and a minimum of 3 females on the field at all times.
- Minors are allowed to participate but must be at least 16 years old. For the purposes of fulfilling co-ed rules, a minor may be counted as a female player.
- To keep the pace of play moving, teams will be given a five-minute grace period to field their players. If you do not field your players within five minutes, you will start the game down five points.
*If your team includes both members and non-members, choose the category that the ticket purchaser falls under. Once all the names of your guests have been submitted, you will be invoiced or reimbursed the difference in member and non-member pricing.

Become a Member, Get a Refund!
MCABC members enjoy early-bird and special pricing for this event. Non-members who apply for membership and are approved within 30 days after the event will be refunded the difference in member and non-member pricing. Apply today!
Cancellation Policy
Invoices must be paid in full upon receipt. Your participation is not guaranteed unless we have received full payment. Tickets are non-refundable. If one of your team members is unable to attend, you can transfer their ticket to someone else within the same rate category. To arrange this, please email yalvarez@mcabc.org.
