  1. Nikki Keith - Principal, Wilson M. Beck (Burnaby)

Nikki is a trusted advisor to clients across the construction industry. With 36 years of experience — 30 of them at WMB — she delivers dedicated, hands-on service and is known for her accessibility. Nikki holds positions on numerous construction association boards, including the VRCA, BC Roadbuilders, and BCSSGA, and serves on the National Advisory Council for the Canadian Construction Association. Recognized as one of Insurance Business Canada’s Elite Women in 2023 and 2025, she specializes in building tailored insurance programs for trade contractors, manufacturers, and equipment sales/rental companies to protect their operations and manage risk.

  2. Sandra Reder - President & Founder, Vertical Bridge HR

For over 20 years, Sandra has been a driving force within the human resource community. Her understanding of current HR best practices and trends is extensive, and her desire to ensure that Vertical Bridge HR is providing innovative programs and services to their clients is what drives her and the business forward. She has worked within a wide range of industries including healthcare, private sector, not-for-profit and public sector. In 2005 Sandra founded Vertical Bridge HR as a full-service HR, recruitment, and training consulting practice. The vision was to help “create engaging workplaces” by providing clients with HR expertise and training that they would not otherwise have access to.

  3. Tyler Galbraith - Partner, Jenkins Marzban Logan LLP

Tyler Galbraith is a partner at Jenkins Marzban Logan LLP. He practices in the area of construction law including contract drafting, procurement, disputes and liens. He has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia and has been involved in appeals, trials, arbitrations and mediations. He has acted in numerous builders lien and tender cases, disputes arising from delays, defective work, changes, contract termination, bond claims and insurance coverage. He is the author of numerous construction law articles and other publications, with a focus on tender and builders lien issues.

  4. Danny Kerr - Co-Founder, Breakthrough Academy

Danny Kerr is one of North America's top contracting thought leaders and a well-loved industry speaker. He’s helped thousands of humble, hungry, smart contractors reclaim their time, profit, and lifestyle. His entrepreneurial journey began in his teens when he started a painting company as he got his life on track following a tumultuous upbringing. Since 2015, along with his partners, he’s built Breakthrough Academy (BTA) into the foremost industry expert on operational systems implementation for contractors.

Host of the Contractor Evolution Podcast, Danny has the privilege of spending time with some of the sharpest contractors, thought leaders and best-selling authors in the trades and business space – all in the name of bringing quality education to every contractor who needs it.
