Overview
Is your firm fully harnessing the power of IPD? If not, you could be leaving millions of dollars on the table.
Integrated Project Delivery presents an enormous opportunity for mechanical contractors in British Columbia, particularly in the Okanagan region. For our first #CoffeeTalk of 2026, we’ve invited a renowned IPD coach and an experienced mechanical contractor to unpack what the method is, how it works, and, most importantly, how to make it work for you.
Whether you’re new to IPD or already well-versed in its structure and benefits, this conversation will illuminate how to leverage it to win and deliver major projects – the kind that could transform your company’s bottom line. Expect to hear:
- how IPD works and how it differs from traditional design-build and bid-spec projects
- the role of IPD coaches, owners, designers, and contractors as well as the benefits of collective knowledge
- why IPD is a game-changer when it comes to forecasting project scope, total project costs, and workflows
- insider tips to set yourself up for success on an IPD contract
As always, there will be time to join the conversation during a Q&A.
Don’t miss this chance to unlock massive opportunities for your business!
