In collaboration with the Integrated Project Delivery Alliance (IPDA), MCABC is inviting members throughout BC to join us virtually for a very important discussion about IPD. Your input and questions will inform development of a customized educational program for Mechanical Contractors in BC.
ABOUT - Stephani Carter

Integrated Project Delivery Alliance is a not-for-profit action-oriented alliance of like-minded companies coming together to create solid foundations for collective success. Founded in February 2015, governed by a board of directors elected by its members, IPDA explores and supports emergent practices demonstrating enhanced industry outcomes and provides a forum for the exchange of knowledge. IPDA’s policies and resources are vetted by a diverse group of practitioners including the owner, architectural, engineering and contracting communities of practice.
Stephani Carter is the incoming president for the IPDA, she has been a board member since 2021, acting as Knowledge and Competency Chair, and now Education Co-Chair. She is also the host of the annual in-person IPDA conference. Stephani is also a pioneering IPD professional, She was one of the first owners in Canada to use the IPD contract in 2013-2015, and since has acted as an IPD coach on 30+ IPD projects and another 10+ Progressive design build projects. Stephani is a PMI-ACP and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
