Register now for the 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday, June 20th at the MCABC Business Conference & Trade Show. The AGM will be hybrid (in-person and virtual). For attendees joining virtually, a link to join the AGM will be circulated closer to the date. 

Important note: Only Contractor and Affiliate members who are eligible to vote on behalf of the company can cast a vote. Only one (1) vote can be submitted on behalf of the company.

Voting members who are unable to attend are encouraged to assign a proxy. Members can either visit the Member Hub or click here to download the proxy form and send the completed form to info@mcabc.org.

An AGM package, including the slate of nominees running for election for the 2024/2025 MCABC Board of Directors, will be circulated in advance of the meeting. More details, including all other AGM documents, will be posted on a dedicated page on the Member Hub.
