In preparation for Mental Health Week, this #coffeetalk will be led by Tara Sudbury, Manager of Community and Workplace Education at the Canadian Mental Health Association. This discussion is intended to raise awareness and answer questions around dealing with mental health in the workplace. 

Despite the fact that 1 in 5 of us will experience mental illness this year, it's not a topic that everyone is comfortable broaching at work. This is as true in the trades and mechanical contracting industries as it is in any other, and there is real value in learning how to navigate both your own, your co-workers', and your employees' needs when dealing with mental health issues.
