02. Member - Full Delegate Pass – $1,499.00
Includes Welcome Reception on Wednesday; all sessions/keynotes meals and coffee breaks; access to trade show; food and entertainment on Thursday night.
04. Non-Member - Full Delegate Pass – $1,949.00
Includes Welcome Reception on Wednesday; all sessions/keynotes meals and coffee breaks; access to trade show; food and entertainment on Thursday night.

MCABC is happy to extend member pricing to anyone who applies and is approved for membership before the conference. The deadline to submit an application is May 31, 2023.

If the application is approved, MCABC will reimburse the cost accordingly.
05. Sponsor - Complimentary Delegate Pass

06. Student Members – $510.00
This rate is for current Student Members who are enrolled in a mechanical-related education program, pre-apprenticeship or apprenticeship program at an accredited institution. Please email info@mcabc.org to access the rate code.
08. Sponsor a Student to attend!
For $1525 you can sponsor a student to attend the conference as a Full Delegate, including two nights of accommodation. MCABC will send an invoice when an eligible student member has confirmed their participation.

Cancellation Policy - Delegate passes are non-refundable. Passes are transferable to a person at your company within the same rate category.
