• Registration is exclusive to MCABC members only for the first 48 hours.
• When registering guests, you must include names or  put TBA. 
• MCABC member companies can only register once within the first 48 hours.
• If you are registering within the first 48 hours, you cannot secure a spot on your team for non MCABC-members. If you submit names "TBA", the golfers identified at a later date must be MCABC members.
• If you register additional teams when registration opens to the public and those teams include both members and non-members, please register at member pricing and MCABC will invoice you the difference for separate payment.
• Cart – Maximum one cart per twosome; maximum two carts per foursome. Note: Due to Morgan Creek Covid-19 guidelines Golf Carts are available on a first come first serve basis at an additional charge and will be invoiced separately.
• Cancellation Deadline is Thursday, August 5th, 2021.

Game Format

New course rules to keep golfers healthy means that there will not be a shotgun start. Tee times start at approximately 9:10am through to approximately 3:00pm. Due to COVID-19 restrictions we will be unable to offer single golfer entries.

On-Course Culinary Delights

Included in your fees, Morgan Creek will be serving a variety of culinary delights and beverages at on-course stations.

Low gross and Low net will win $200 gift certificates (men’s and ladies).

covid-19 - Important information 

As an event host bringing people together starting in 2021, MCABC will continue to closely monitor COVID-19 and the potential impact it can have on the in-person aspects of our upcoming events. Keeping in mind that the safety and well-being of our members, staff, industry partners, suppliers and service providers is our top priority, we want to adequately provide COVID-19 protection measures. In order to provide adequate measures of protection during the 2021 Golf Classic, MCABC will require that registered players, staff and MCABC-contracted partners be fully vaccinated as of game day (meaning that they have received all recommended doses of a COVID-19 vaccine on or before August 5, 2021). Attendees are asked to confirm that they are either fully vaccinated or expect to be fully vaccinated below, and MCABC does not require proof of vaccination at this time. However, depending on the progress BC has made in its “Restart Plan” and the guidance of the PHO, MCABC may ask for proof of vaccination at a later time up to and including game day. Additionally, MCABC and/or Morgan Creek Golf Course may also require distancing, mask-wearing or other preventative measures. Non-compliance may disqualify participants from the event. MCABC will continue to re-assess its policies regarding COVID-19 protection measures and communicate changes in a prompt manner.

Event payment is due upon registration. Cancellations for the MCABC Golf Classic permitted until August 9th. Each golfer will be required to complete COVID-19 questionnaires for Morgan Creek and MCABC the morning of the game.

Golfers failing to adhere to the COVID-19 protocols will not be permitted to play.
