MCABC is thrilled to announce our partnership with She Summits!
Each of our mechanical contractor member companies is eligible to receive one free 6-month She Summits membership for one female employee.
She Summits programming helps companies empower and engage their female staff, support women in male-dominated industries like the trades, and improve employee wellbeing, retention and engagement.
This is another step in our efforts to remove barriers for women in the trades by providing a network for support and professional development.
