    Brian Smith


    Brian is an experienced building services consulting professional with over 17 years in the industry. He brings with him broad expertise in HVAC design, building systems commissioning and energy modelling. He has worked for several large international consulting firms including Arup, WSP and most recently, Introba in Vancouver where he led the local commissioning practice for a wide variety of projects and clients primarily focusing on new construction commissioning services.

    Kenneth McNamee


    Kenneth is a Principal at Impact Engineering, an Energy and Engineering Consultancy headquartered in Vancouver. He has deep expertise in building re-commissioning, and is currently delivering projects in the commercial, institutional, and healthcare sectors.

    Jonathan Ho


    Jonathan is the Manager, Energy and Sustainability for the Richmond School District. His areas of responsibility include electricity and natural gas usage, carbon reporting, fleet electrification, and continuous optimization work. Jonathan holds degrees in engineering and business, including a Master’s of Engineering and MBA, and is a Certified Energy Manager

    David McKee


    David is Senior Manager, Energy Management and Sustainability at the Surrey School District and has worked in energy management in the school and municipal sectors for 13 years. With a portfolio of over 130 buildings, he has developed a strategic energy management plan to achieve energy-saving and greenhouse gas reduction targets. He works with facilities department staff to identify and prioritize energy saving opportunities, align projects with budgets, and retain consultants and contractors to conduct recommissioning work.

    Vinson Lee

    Program Manager C-Op Program – Vinson manages BC Hydro’s Continued Optimization Program that offers incentives for building recommissioning.
