Registration Now Open for MCABC's Texas Hold'em Tournament

Join us on April 13th at the Civic Hotel for an evening of poker, entertainment, dinner, and socializing! The event will start with a reception followed by dinner before the tournament commences at 7pm.
All players will start out with $1,000 in 'play bills.' When that runs out, your time is up! Stay and watch as the excitement builds - the top players will be crowned tournament champions and receive prizes!
And if poker isn't your speed, not to worry! There will be plenty of socializing to do and nail-biting competition to follow!

Legislation will help close B.C.’s gender pay gap
On March 7th, new pay transparency legislation was introduced to help close the gender pay gap in B.C. Once the legislation is passed all employers will: - be required to include wage or salary ranges on all publicly advertised jobs
- not be able to ask prospective employees for pay history information
- not be able to punish employees who disclose their pay to co-workers or potential job applicants
