Meet MCABC Chair, Kyle Wisniewski.
Kyle has 18 years of experience in the mechanical contracting industry and is currently the General Manager at Black & McDonald Limited. Recognizing the important role of industry associations, Kyle saw the value of MCABC and joined the Association six years ago and was instrumental in MCABC’s transformation change. He has been an MCABC Board Director since 2018 and previously served as the Vice Chair. On behalf of MCABC, Kyle is also a national Director of the Mechanical Contractors Association of Canada (MCAC).

MCABC Next Gen's mission is to empower the next generation through networking events, student outreach initiatives, leadership development, educational opportunities, and professional growth. Next Gen engages with future leaders in the mechanical contracting industry and is in the works of launching a student chapter in BC.
