NEW #coffeetalk for Mental Health Awareness Month

In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month and Mental Health Week, MCABC is pleased to partner with the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) to present a #coffeetalk on coping with common mental health issues. This #coffeetalk is led by Carmela Smythe, Team Lead and Community Coach of the BounceBack program at CMHA.

This discussion will raise awareness of common mental health issues such as stress, low mood, depression, and anxiety, understanding techniques such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), as well as resources and sources for support. And, learn more about BounceBack®, a program designed to help you learn skills to cope with and overcome low-mood and worry.
