Access Funding Through the B.C. Employer Training Grant The Province of BC has a program to help British Columbians access skilled trades training that addresses the changing nature of jobs, with the purpose of helping them adapt to changing job requirements due to innovation/new technology/automation, etc. Reimbursement amounts vary from 60% to 100%, up to $300,000 per fiscal year (April 1 to March 31).
