Members of the MCABC Mechanical Service Contractors Committee (MSCC) and Health & Safety Task Force will be hosting Coffee Talk on September 28. This month’s conversation – for MCABC members only – is all about safety.

• How do you enable safety?
• What does field adoption look like for your teams?
• How are field personnel adopting safety and adhering to it?
• Does your company’s safety culture impact employee recruitment and retention?

This is an opportunity to share with one another your safety stories and best practices, your safety processes, your safety challenges and your safety learnings. This is an opportunity to contribute to a conversation focused on continuous improvement. One hour of in-person learning and networking over a coffee.
